Our 608 over axle adapter is used to press 608 sealed bearings into hub shells or suspension components. An over axle adapter is necessary when the bearing slides over the axle before it is pressed into the hub shell or suspension component. In addition to the adapter, you often need spacers to clear the end of the axle and allow enough clearance for the press to fully push in the bearing.

Our 609 open bore adapter is used to press 609 sealed bearings. The adapter is machined with one step at 8.9mm OD, which fits into the center of the sealed bearing.
